Emails not reaching your inbox: troubleshooting tips

If you’re not getting emails from us, and you think you should be, read on:


  1. On rare occasions, some email or IT systems might mark our emails as spam. So the first thing to try is check we’re not in your spam folder, and let us out if we are.
  2. If you're taking part in a larger campaign, ask the person who’s leading your Do Nation programme. They may have more information or are already be looking into it.
  3. Your email address may be unsubscribed. If it is contact support@wearedonation.com to re-subscribe to our emails.

One of these tips should have solved the mystery. If you’re still not receiving our emails, let us know support@wearedonation.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it.
