Locked out of my account
This article covers what to do if you get locked out of your account.
When you log in to your Do Nation profile, you have three opportunities to enter the correct password.
Enter an incorrect password three times, you'll be temporarily locked out of your account. We'll show you a warning message before your last login attempt (see below).
If you are temporarily locked out of your account, come back in an hour, when the suspension will be automatically lifted.
Resetting your password
If you can't remember the password you set when you created an account, use the forgotten password link. Simply enter the email address that's associated with your account and we'll send you an email containing a link to set a new password.
